GLOBAL MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP FORUM (GMLF): Many books have been written about Global Management & Leadership. Every country has a specific global context of management and leadership to deal with. More and more South African companies are venturing into foreign markets/countries and they are sending their best managers and leaders there. Companies like MTN, SABMiller, and Sasol, are some of the successful South African companies that have sent their best managers and leaders to foreign markets to lead their operations. The Global Management & Leadership Forum's main aim is to bring both South African and global managers & leaders together to discuss and share insights in Global Management & Leadership practices that are necessary for companies to thrive in new and foreign markets.

THE 20th ANNIVERSARY INITIATIVE: We are marking COMETSA 20th Anniversary Celebrations in 2017 with the launch of the monthly COMETSA Professional Management Services – NETWORKS & FORUMS. These take a form of presentations, round-table discussions (dialogues and conversations), and questions & answers format facilitated by COMETSA Methodologists, Experts, Associates and Partners. In this fast changing world, it is impossible to remain at the required level of knowledge, expertise and information without formal and forums as part of continuous professional development. As a human capital development and management consulting company we see a need to coordinate and host such forums. Initially these forums will be hosted in Gauteng Province. In the near future we will make these Forums available across the country, in each Province, on demand.

During his stay in Frankfurt am Main, he played amateur soccer for SC Goldstein Frankfurt.  This is the club after which his football club, 1.FC Cometsa Goldstones 1997 is named (Goldstones = Goldstein). He returned to South Africa on the 31st October 1989.   1990:  On the 22nd September 1990 Sam returned to the Federal Republic of Germany under Siemens AG Corporate Management Training Programme.
